Transcending Into the Unknown is a Norwegian band that currently consists of Filip, Robert, and Stian Dahl. The three of them are related, Filip and Robert are brothers while Stian is Filip’s son. Their chemistry can clearly be seen in their music and the way they feel each other with every note is clearly visible. They create expressive music that is so beautifully woven into an intricate fabric of musicality that you’ll fall in love with their art! This is one of my best finds this year, you should give this band a try for sure!

I recently discovered this amazing band through their latest release; Giants, which is a perfect example of their innovative soundscape that will have you hooked on. The track starts off with some ecstatic guitars which are complimented by impactful drums. This is surely a track that will have you banging your head throughout. The track highlights a darker and deeper side of the band compared to their last release which shows their versatility. This is surely a band that is going up on my personal playlists as well! Do give this track a go, you’ll love it if you love progressive rock that is beautifully composed.
