Exzenya is back with another track to surprise us with her musical prowess. Exzenya is an independent artist who blends pop, R&B, comedy, and rock influences to give us tracks that emotionally connect. After her release ‘Drunk Texting’, she takes a different turn here with roots rock and a live-band feel. Her writing is personal, story-driven, and full of personality you cannot ignore.

A woman with long, wavy brown hair and a serious expression, wearing a black blazer against a softly-lit background.

“A little blues, a lot of attitude, and a breakup story that feels damn good.”

‘B!tch Please’ feels like that song you play when you have stopped feeling sorry for yourself. The story is simple: a woman faces the person who slept with her husband and realises the betrayal gave her freedom. “You thought you were taking my life. You set me free” says everything about the attitude here. I like that Exzenya does not stay stuck in heartbreak. There is hurt underneath, but she chooses sass, humour, and confidence instead. The mid-tempo roots-rock groove brings a gritty blues touch, while her vocal delivery keeps everything sharp and playful. Cheeky, catchy, and full of character, this is a track you should definitely listen to.
