I love when some artists keep things simple, but hit like a breath of fresh air every time you listen to their music. One such artist, Fiona Amaka, released the main guitar version of her track ‘Justified,’ and I absolutely enjoyed it. Hailing from London, Fiona is a singer-songwriter and guitarist whose music beautifully blends soulful indie-rock, folk, and blues influences. Her music feels deeply personal while remaining incredibly relatable. Whether she’s singing about betrayal, spirituality, or love, there’s always an honesty that shines through her songwriting. Over the years, she’s continued to experiment with difference sonic textures, and still put out something new.

“Warm guitars, honest emotions, and Fiona Amaka at her finest, ‘Justified’ is a song that simply feels right.”

‘Justified’ is a heartfelt reflection on love, regret, and the emotions that continue to linger long after a relationship changes. It’s one of those songs that doesn’t demand your attention but lets you soak in the vibes. I loved how the warm guitar melodies instantly create a comforting atmosphere while Fiona’s soulful vocals carry every emotion with remarkable sincerity. The chemistry between the instrumentation and her voice feels effortless. Beyond its beautiful melodies, it’s the honesty of the lyrics that stayed with me. If you are someone who appreciates soulful songwriting, heartfelt lyricism, and guitar-driven indie music, ‘Justified’ deserves a place in your playlist.
