Uff, don’t you just love it when a track instantly lifts your mood? That’s exactly what Geese Da Goon’s Snap City EP did to me. It got me off the couch and into full-on dance mode, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it does the same to you. Based in Washington, D.C., Geese creates sounds that instantly hook you. His music is deeply rooted in skating culture, a niche not many artists dare to explore. There is a genuine pride in the way he approaches his craft, almost as if every release is another chapter in a larger story he’s determined to keep alive.

“A joyful ride through skating culture, community pride, and grooves that refuse to let you sit still.”

Snap City EP will make you feel like you are standing in a skate park, witnessing the culture of wheels come alive. It’s an EP about music, movement, and community all coming together to form an experience you would rarely come across. What is even more fascinating is how effortlessly it captures the joy of movement. Every beat feels designed to keep wheels rolling and bodies swaying without ever losing its sense of identity. There’s a vibe throughout the project that never lets you feel outside the culture, and I believe that’s what good songs are supposed to do.
