A project that’s quintessentially fighting for meaning in art with their art, Joseph Turner & The Dudes of Hazard is an inspiring collective that’s pushing limits to substantial lyrics from the Dutch Delta, Netherlands. An artistry that’s a fine mixture of intimate, expressive and atmospheric verses that mirror emotional shifts as artists progress through their lives, their sonic journey feels like a journal of their journey as artists. Drawing from the likes of Noah Kahan, Riley Green and Zach Top to name a few, their work speaks for itself.

A dynamic indie pop revelation that feels like a fuel to the purpose of our life, ‘Travellin’ Heart’ is just not yet another folk rock tune, but a voyaging soul’s dream. Mixed with dynamic melodic chorus and layered arrangements, this marvel made with guitar, mandolin and pedal steel is a reminder to look for meaning, to be inspired and to seek light whenever you get to be a part of a physical or an internal soul-level journey. It is warm, cozy, fresh and full of sunshine and positivity. Overall, I feel like this track could be a great addition to anyone who loves calm, atmospheric yet impressionable songs and I feel like the song is pretty cute.
