As someone born during the era of the Bosnian war and currently based in the States, HZPROD is a rising force in the rap industry who stands for the cause of humanity in the truest essence possible. As someone who’s not only been inspired by, but also been able to connect real-world conflict and humanitarian issues like exploitation and inequality with the style of alternative hip-hop, he aims to balance authentic art with the feeling of hope. As someone who actively creates impact in and outside of music by also donating to charitable foundations like ‘Save the Children’ and ‘War Torn project’, he’s truly a gem we need to protect at all costs.
A hard-hitting track that feels like an advocate for the conflicting truths we live with every single day, this shows reality a mirror.
Despite what’s going on in the world right now, all the hatred, misinformation, chaos, war and whatnot, there’s one thing that still keeps all of us going, it’s nothing but our dreams, our own unique paths. What feels like a testament for growing one’s own ambition and fueling it with nothing but purpose, this track featuring Marco Vernice and Siggas is an ode to authentic storytelling and pays homage to the courage and willpower that have kept and will keep us going and reaching places. Full of hard-hitting truths and rhyme schemes, this track is what true usage of freedom of speech feels like. I personally felt inspired listening to it, and I feel like so will you!
