Hailing from Mystic, Connecticut, United States, Ellery Twinning is a force that’s emerging as a refreshing revelation in the instrumental space. A visionary singer-songwriter equipped with industry understanding and the gift of redefining the ordinary in sound. Curating with gems like the filmmaker Ben Bostian, the artist also has a beautiful capacity to appreciate but also collaborate with creative geniuses, regardless of their niche. Without any further ado, let’s dive into the magic of his sound.

An attempt to create an immaculate mood of escapism and aura, this radiates the energy of pure bliss, which is gatekept from the destructive nature of mankind. With its cinematic appeal and attention to detail, this captures a lot of vivid emotions, almost frozen in time with its unreal charisma. It’s sophisticated yet wild; it’s like clay. With its calming, relaxing, and rejuvenating feel, one can easily discern its meaning from their point of view. I found this instrumental marvel super versatile and definitely something that’ll please your ears.

  1. How was working with filmmaker Ben Boston like? What did you derive from this entire experience?

Ans- One of the biggest lessons I learned as an artist came from the owner of a boutique I worked at during my high school years ~ “The artist must recognize the point of completion.”

  1. What was the defining moment of your musical aura when you were starting?

Ans- I grew up in a typical New England suburban neighborhood, at the top of the valley . The split level homes of the 1970’s created a neighborhood between the elementary school and junior high in that part of Mystic. One afternoon, while returning home from a day at the local school playing fields, I stumbled upon an “honest to goodness” 70’s Garage Band, practicing with the street level door opened. I decided then and there I would become a musician.

  1. If you could look back, what advice would you give your 16-year-old self?

Ans- Everyone will betray you.

  1. What role has your upbringing had on your sound?

Ans- Divorce Kid survival depended on one element~ not letting anyone know how you felt, or what you were thinking. Now, I can let the description lie where it may.

  1. If you could describe your sound as a colour, which one would it be and why?

Ans- Azure
