Belgian-born Didier Recloux is a composer based in London. Having come from a musical family, Didier’s passion for music developed from an early age. He recently showcased his talent, when he scored 20 episodes for BBC World’s series ‘The History of Africa with Zeinab Badawi” and also provided the main theme for the series “Take Me to the Opera”. Didier is a professionally trained musician who has a deep sense of musical understanding.

Didier recently released his album “Monsieur Linh and His Child” based on a book of the same name. “First Walk” is the album’s lead song that is based on the theme of loneliness where a man sitting on a park bench longs for his village and feels irrelevant and neglected in a hustling bustling big city, and the song’s visuals do justice to the same theme exceptionally well. The subtle tones of jazz and rock will hook you into the song almost as if hypnotized by the melody. The composition successfully awakens the feeling of melancholy in the listener’s heart.
