Based in Boston, Advika is an electronic pop artist who started her musical journey when she was just four with classical piano. Later she started training in western classical viola as well as Carnatic singing. Soon she found her love for jazz singing, seeking inspiration in the music of Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Betty Carter. Around the age of thirteen, she began writing her own music and started dabbling in music production, found sounds, and sound design, blending elements from all the genres she loved. She’s currently majoring in Electronic Production and Design at Berklee College of Music.
