Hailing from Israel, Liat Dagan is an Israeli musician and singer, who makes empowering Indie-Metal music, inspired by the struggles of conquering herself. ‘Pale’ is Liat’s fifth single which is a part of her upcoming debut album which is still in the works. The song has been nominated for the International Single of the Year award by the 2023 International Singer Songwriters Association Awards in Atlanta, USA. ‘Pale’ has also been airing on multiple radio stations across the globe.

The track opens with somer synths that instantly create an atmosphere of palpable tension that draws you in, backed by Liat’s haunting vocals that hypnotise you before you know it. Liat uses vivid imagery in her lyrics to transport you to a dark dystopian world. The metal instrumentation only adds to the experience and reinforces the vibe for the listener.
My favourite lines from the lyrics were “Now everyone is aware, But has forgotten how to care” which are very apt for what the world has become today.
