I have never heard a voice so confident and powerful as I did listen to Bureau De Change’s masterpiece of a song “Dumb Men”. The song literally sent electricity running through my body. The electrifying guitar sent chills down my spine, and the drums made me feel angry for the culprits. You cannot keep a straight face while listening to this song, as it sends a surge of emotions into your heart that you did not know existed.
