Electric High is a 5 man band that is determined to create songs that electrify. They tap into the deep feelings of rage and agony that all humans have hidden inside of them and channel it into their lyrics, vocals and the instrumentalization of their tracks. They create songs that are a blend of alt-rock and hard rock. It almost sounds like the bands Rival Sons and Royal Blood collaborated with Aerosmith. Their songs will shake your bones and intensify the crude emotions inside you. The members are from bands like Sahg, Faith Circus and Emmerhoff & the Melancholy Babies.

“Weeping Gods is a song that transformed the way I look at sin and deeds. The electrifying energy that the band brings is maintained through this song too.”
Weeping Gods is a deep song. It puts light on and around how in certain religious circles, it is considered alright to confess your sins to God and get rid of most of the guilt. It most certainly appears to be acceptable to sin, confess and sin again. The concept of confession and how the Gods are disappointed with such actions is covered in the song. The commanding vocals and instrumentals that carry energy and a story create an atmosphere for us to absorb and understand the theme of the song. The song came out with a music video which featured abstract frames that induced a sense of terror and murkiness. The cinematography of the video is top-notch and enhances the listening experience.
The song was recorded in Havnelageret Studio, Bergen, Norway., produced by Electric High and engineered by Daniel Birkeland, mixed and mastered at Solslottet Studio, Bergen, Norway, by Iver Sandøy and the video was made by Marius Mørch, Alek Perez & Olav Iversen.
