Love & Greif is a project that explores how the two polar opposite feelings interact with each other in our lives. Love and Greif may sound like very distantly related feelings but are just the two sides of the same coin. The album talks about how throughout our lives, we fall in and out of love multiple times. Personally, Sophia’s vocal tone stood out for me in all the songs. Her commanding yet groovy delivery style makes it interesting to listen to her songs. She has given both bangers like ‘Get Go’ and slow tracks like ‘Up in Flames’ in the album which keeps the balance right. ‘Get Go’ is a pop rock anthem that features upbeat drums full of energy and groovy guitars. The lyrics and the composition of the track are top notch and it is a song that will catch your attention. On the other hand, ‘Up in Flames’ has slow keys, violin, and soft drums. The passionate vocals of Sophia on this one are profound.
