‘Not Here Very Long’ is a Detroit-based rock ensemble that features the band Elsie Binx and Kevin Wesley (audio engineer). The group’s name is inspired by the real nature of our lives. We are here for a brief time and it is our choice to use our time wisely to achieve the things we care about. The band consists of the following members- Erin Elise Accomando (Vocalist, Keytar, Songwriter, Co-Founder) Jonny “Vegas” Neville (Guitarist, Vocalist, Songwriter) Jen Read (Keys player, Vocalist, Songwriter) Phil Steuer (Bassist, Engineer, Songwriter, Co-Founder) Darin “DC” Curtis (Drummer, Vocalist, Songwriter) Kevin Wesley “Wesmix” Williams (Producer, Engineer, Manager, Co-Founder).

‘It’s Your Decision’ captures the topic of self-help. It is impossible for a fellow human being to help you out when you don’t decide to get out of a given situation yourself. The theme is inspired by an old fable, ‘The Bridge’ by Edwin H. Freidman. The instrumental of the song is very positive and instills hope in the listeners. The mid-paced drums and groovy guitars create an undeniably good song. Erin’s vocals do not miss the essential substance of the song and overall, the track will awaken some thoughts in you to bring about a positive change in your life while not waiting for any external help to do so.
