Inducing thought and promoting introspection, some of his songs seem to be a metaphorical mirror. His sonic landscape varies from happy and hopeful tunes to darker-toned songs. With expressive vocal deliveries and instrumentals that aptly complement the themes of his songs, his music is truly impactful. 2024 can be marked as his return to his craft and releasing music.

‘Heading East’ is a project that explores the various aspects of and the emotions involved in long-term companionship. His aim with this project was to provide an optimistic perspective on love. Sukh’s vocals bear in them various emotions and give you a heartfelt experience through each song individually and the album as a whole. Sukh along with Rox Capriotti (Producer) has created a vibe of the album crafted by incorporating elements of folk genres and also from contemporary ones.

Heading East is an album that has two versions- one that was made and vaulted years ago and the one that you can listen to now. Sukh went back to the tracks, reworked them, and enhanced the listening experience with the help of the new musical knowledge that he accumulated. The artist, however, plans to release both versions of the project.

The album starts with a joyful and positive note and stays at that part of the vibrational spectrum. The first track- ‘Kind’ has very pure lyrics. In the song, Sukh talks about how his romantic interest encourages him to be a better human being and be kind. With an upbeat tempo and melodies that spark joy in the heart, the song is a must-listen. Another beautiful song from the album is ‘Far’. This is a very expressive and heartfelt track that talks about the passionate love that the partners share. Sukh’s tonality through the song changes to take you through the song’s dramatic ups and downs.
