Rykka’s artistic expression is not limited to just music but she creates a peculiar and creative world through art, film, dance and storytelling. She released her debut album in 2015 and this project was very much liked by the listeners. She even got nominated for multiple radio awards including the Peak Performance Top Prize. This year, i.e. 2024, marks Rykka’s return from outer space and a new beginning of her artistic endeavor. She blends electronic music with pop and presents us with a surreal musical experience.

High Trust High Stakes is an electronic pop track that started off as a song about trusting your partner to guide the flow of your relationship but turned out to become a metaphoric self-talk fiction track. Rykka exceeds the creative boundaries with her story telling skills combined with excellent production. The song features some smooth synth sounds, hard drums and a bassline that slaps. Rykka’s vocal delivery is on point and with the surreal vocal processing, the song really creates an intense dream like experience.
