Today, we present you a very unique instrumentalist/music artist- Marc Soucy. He had an inclination towards music from the time he was a toddler and this inclination turned into passion then a part of life and then ultimately into a full time profession. He has been making/working around music for decades now and that musical maturity shows in his tracks. He has taken Jazz piano lessons with Berklee College Faculty, knows Rock pretty well as he led his own band in his twenties, and has worked as a self-employed music producer from 1997 through 2011 where he used to mix, arrange and direct studio sessions in Boston. He presents a whole new experience to the listener’s through just instrumentals and it is almost divine how you feel so deeply through songs.

‘The Things You Said’ is an instrumental track that features elements from genres like country music and Americana. Marc Soucy is equipped with the knowledge of many various genres and he inculcates these varied styles into his songs to express the emotions he wants to convey or the story he wants to be told. The intricate Key work stood for me in the song. The violins play a very memorable melody that makes up for the chorus of the song. It is a perfect track for you to calm your mind and feel the music with your heart.
