Ubiquity Machine – I Think It’s Funny: Intense yet chill, a pretty vibe straight outta DC

Ubiquity Machine (Which means, a system that is omnipresent and functions simultaneously at various places) is a unique Alt-Rock band from DC. The band describe the modern world as a Uniquity Machine. They have cracked a very fresh alt-rock sound and they stick to it. The boys bring pretty interesting themes through their songs which is presented in the form of various stories. They have over 7,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and are growing at a pretty fast rate. Their ability to stand out in the music scene is what fuels their growth. They use catchy rhythms that stay in your mind and intensive bass work that makes their songs sound bouncy.

UBIQUITY MACHINE - I Think It’s Funny

“With brilliant storytelling and a highly irresistible groove, Ubiquity Machine’s I Think It’s Funny is an alt-rock gem.”

‘I Think It’s Funny’ is the title-track of Ubiquity Machine’s EP titled the same as the song. With pretty edgy lyrics that question the existing world order and the chances of science being a scam to hide the truth from us, and unmatched instrumentalization, the track opens us a whole new perspective for us to think about. With smooth guitar work and bass that really resonates with your heart, the track sounds pretty amazing. The use of muted guitars in the song is done pretty cleverly. The vibe is wildly unique and I personally haven’t heard something so chill (Lyrically) yet intense (Musically) in a long time. I would suggest you to listen to the whole EP as the songs are one up to each other.
