Hele is the solo project of classically trained musician and composer, Richele Kuhlmann. Her musical pieces blend the organic with the experimental, thereby creating layered sounds that include violin, piano, cello, guitar, synths, found sounds, and field recordings. Her music is heavily influenced by her nomadic lifestyle. She captures the essence of all her adventures in her music. Ultimately her travels lead her back to Michigan’s far north on the shores of Lake Huron where in an isolated sanctuary, she immerses herself in art. Her music is a manifestation of a world where sound and emotion become one and fuel the soul with the life spirit!
