“Arrow Santi’s latest release, “Arrogance” is a bold, unfiltered vision come alive!”

Arrow Santi’s recent album, “Arrogance” was recorded in Bay Shore, NY which presents a unique mix of instrumentals he found online and his self-produced beats. This makes this project a bold move in music. Arrow Santi intends to keep this album an open-ended one so that new meanings emerge with each new listener. That’s how the listener becomes an integral part of this album. Wow! The listening experience of this album is as liberating as its creation must have been. The lyrics seem to be inspired by the political and social issues around and also from Arrow Santi’s personal dark and cynical take on them via social media exposure. This 12-trak album is his last project that he will be releasing, as per the artist. The opening track, “A Menace” turns up the energy with its fast-paced rap and sets an urgency of tone for the rest of the album to unfold. The entire album is quite homogenous in terms of the vibe, tied well together with a cohesive pace. I like the regular rhythm of “Damn, Things Changed”. It deviates subtly from the whole, only to add good variety to the album. The closing track, “North & South” features a chorus that adds dimension to the rap making balancing out the urgency; a perfect outro.

If you like listening to rap music imbued with complexity, you should definitely listen to this album!
