Greg Foat-Spider Plant Blues: A fusion jazz instrumental to mellow down the mood

Greg Foat has a lot of skills locked in his vault like- music composing, DJing, playing the keyboard and more. He uses his musical skills to create intricate tracks that will take you on a meditative journey. Each track has a story of its own. He is heavily inspired by genres like psychedelia, global folk music, 60s and 70s pop, blues and soul. As a composed he is deeply inspired by British Jazz music and uses the forced rhythms from the genre to create heartfelt sonics.

“The intricacies of the track Spider Plant Blues is unmatched. The unique drum patters and beautiful melodies will fill your heart up.”

Spider Plant Blues starts off with the flat notes and then picks up a soft groove. The high attach drums hit smoothly on the ears creating and flowy texture. The detailed work on the keys sound beautiful and each time you listen to the song, you will find something new. The bass line is super clean and bouncy. It made me feel like I am sitting in an Australian Cafe and enjoying an intense shot of expresso. The melodies are super relaxing and perfect to listen to after a long day at work. This is gonna be my jam for today after I’m done with writing these articles.
