Powers of the Monk is a USA, Michigan based band that has a vast history in music. it was founded by David S. Monk and CasSondra Powers, thus the name. They were a band inclined towards the electronic rock sound back in the day. However, they went from the rock space to creating more vibey and laid back tracks in the indie and folk genres. The use of electronic instruments still is quite dominating in their tracks however, the face of the band has totally transformed now.
