Beyond The Veil Lies a Sound That Will Bewitch Your Soul!

Suicide Puppets is a Harrisburg-based 5 piece Metal band that has been touring nationally since 2007 and has created numerous masterpieces along the way. They have worked with the likes of John Bechdel (Ministry) and Acey Slade (Dope, Murder Dolls) on a couple of their tracks which is pretty impressive. They’ve released a total of 2 albums and 4 singles before their latest release which is an EP named Beyond The Veil. Their exquisite musicality blended with unique concepts is what makes this band so special! If you love to listen to heavy music, this is probably one of the best bands out there. Do explore their discography, you’ll surely find something amazing for yourself that you’ll be listening to on repeat.

“Suicide Puppets are bound to leave behind a legacy that will be remembered for the decades to come!”

‘Beyond The Veil’, Suicide Puppets’ latest release is about the psyche of a serial killer and the way this band has conveyed each and every emotion with such innovation is remarkable. The track “Prey” from the EP is going to be featured in the up coming horror film “The Boy From Below”. The EP is a perfect combo of deep musicality and intricate lyricism, do give it a try!

The EP starts off with the track named “Death Note’ which is heavy on drums and the perfect way to get the EP started. It lays the backdrop for the upcoming tracks. The growls are crystal clear and hold up the vibe of the track pretty well! As the EP Progresses, it becomes heavier with each track. The guitars are immersive and will have you banging your head throughout. The way the band has sections for each artist to showcase their art is amazing and finding the right balance to it is the key to creating a masterpiece!

My personal favourite from the EP is the 4th track, “Everyday” which is the heaviest of them all according to me. The guitars are infectious and stick to your head on the first go itself. Each note hits the right spot and creates the perfect feel! This is surely a track to be explored even if you don’t enjoy metal music.

All in all, this is an amazing EP for anyone who enjoys heavy metal and is intrigued by vast soundscapes. This EP is surely going up on my personal playlists as well!
