“Real One” by Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L. is a step forward in the ever-changing history of hip-hop.

The Brooklyn-based musician Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L. writes and performs music that evokes the exhilarating and perilous sensation of a high-speed journey without airbags. His unique sound—minimal, hedonistic, and dark—was shaped by a drag racing accident, which ignited his love for creating and began his path into music. Breon, whose brush is drenched with real emotion, vividly depicts tragedy, the dogged desire of wealth, and the want to escape the monotony of daily existence.

“Real One” is a song that celebrates true friendships.”

Breon has said that his music has become more personal and “Emo R&B” in description as his talent has developed. That is absolutely the case with “Real One”—the style that engulfs the listener from the very first bar; and Breon’s hybrid singing and rapping technique makes the song very appealing. Accentuating the song’s drama and events, the background strings and pianos that form the rhythm also do a commendable job. On top of everything else, the percussion section subtly guides us back to hip-hop fundamentals while including the trap-laden elements that contemporary rap and R&B are known for. Having shown his creative diversity in his previous work, Breon leaves us wondering what more he is capable of, especially because the hi-hats keep their excellent bounce across the entire track.  Another standout feature is the track’s mastering and mixing, which significantly enhances the track’s tightness and control over the bottom end.

Throughout the song, I really like how everything came together to keep the other parts and ranges up and center. Clearly, there are many positive aspects to this, and I believe you will concur with me.. Catch the muse down here:
