Fascinated from the baroque era, Switzerland-based musician Bjørn started the BARock music project back in 2019, which lead to the first studio-album Raus in die Freiheit in 2021 as well as multiple singles along the way. Taking his interest in classical music, he filters it through his own rock-focused creative lens, resulting in an energetic alternative rock sound.

Title track “Sturm aufs Paradies” starts the new album with soft musical plucks over a minimalist electronic type rhythm that gently clicks the intensity over. “Stell mir keine Fragen” and “Memento Mori” are prime examples of the artist’s hard rock mastery; they include raw, gritty riffs that reverberate with unrestrained force. On the other hand, “Überwinde jede Mauer” deftly blends elements of hard alternative rock and punk to provide an exciting and intriguing musical experience. Another great change of pace comes in the form of “Meine kleine, grosse Welt,” an alternative rock song with a moderate speed that features Bjrn’s expressive singing over a foundation of clean and acoustic guitars and solid drumming. ‘RockBA‘ offers a dynamic combination of percussion and hard rock, delivering a unique aural experience that keeps listeners on the edge of their seats, while ‘Alles nicht so leicht‘ returns to the world of electro rock, infusing the track with throbbing intensity. ‘FDMG‘ is a bonus track that adds to the album’s already excellent strong hard rock sound and quick double bass drumming, which is inspired by punk.
