The hip-hop band TRiiiPSS is a blend of the triplet trio of Mick, Jay, and Kevin Litherland originating from Japan and New Zealand. The trio draws inspiration from their cultural origins, as well as their time spent together in the U.S., where they were especially influenced by the rhythmic and percussive characteristics of Atlanta rap. At the time, the triplets live apart across the globe (California, Arizona, and Tokyo). Yet, when united, they create dynamic and powerful productions of rap music that can captivate audiences worldwide.

Their latest release “SANKO” is a sonic depicting of their original skills and Japanese roots. In the traditional card game Hanafuda, Sanko is a rare combination of three cards, symbolizing strength when united. This track signifies the importance of all three brothers in the making of their records in a fun, eclectic, and energizing way.
