In 2022, the bluegrass duo of Daniel Tadeo and James Beasley started jamming on marvelous pieces from the greats – Bill Monroe, The Stanley Brothers, Doc Watson, and more. Running out of cover songs to play, the artists, under the moniker of Curson Goya, dove into the artistry of creating their own melodies instantly. Juggling with bluegrass instrumentals and modern elements, the duo crafts awe-inspiring harmonious rhythms.

“Dancing with strangers at a midnight bonfire by the shores of tides in Corsica? That’s the exact feeling of adrenaline this song will give you!”
“Same Ol’ Deja Vu” is a compilation of cheery, folk melodies. Crisp, lively chords and progressions, warm, heartfelt lyrics and vocals, and happiness oozing in the rhythms. Four complete minutes of danceable bluegrass folklore.
This vibrant set of sonorities celebrates the very existence of life, with all its ups and downs. Waking up, doing chores, walking down to your favorite bar, crossing out things from your to-do list, going back home, and doing it all over again – “The same old déjà vu.” Actually doing anything and everything your heart tells you to.
