Sun Lite is a bedroom producer who began his project in 2018, his music transcends beyond the genres, “electronic music” is merely tag because he dabbles in every genres be it Rock, Pop, Soul, Psychedelic, Funk, Dance, Disco, Folk, Reggae, Jazz, Blues and the list goes on. Occasionally he’d sing and add some acoustic guitar or Blues harp. But one thing that is highly commendable is that even though he’s an amateur artist, he continues to work hard and push boundaries, refining his music through experimentation and makes sure to have fun while he’s at it. His music incorporates comical.

Commemorating 5 years of Sun Lite, Sun’s Seven is a collection of top 7 songs out of the 50 that Sun Lite has made till date. This collection starts with the electrifying track ‘Pig Brother’ which is perfect to get this collection started as it showcases Sun Lite’s musical prowess. Followed by ‘Movin’ On’ which sonically takes a funkier turn further showing his music range. Another track that stood out for me was ‘Not The Bats, Not The Chinese’ for it’s quirky instrumentation and engaging narrative. The album comes to an end with ‘Pendulum’ which will leave you craving for more of his unconventional and unique songs. Sun Lite’s music is unlike anything I have ever heard before and you should give it a spin right away.
