Picking up the guitar at a young age of seven, Ethan never really put it back down and continued to craft illuminating, transcendent euphonic experiences through his rhythms, words, and the emotions his work resonates. Delving into the themes of unhealed childhood scars, and the universally relatable experience of being ensnared in manipulative relationships, Ethan Senger has combined together pop and rock tunes with delicate, touching lyrics to create his sophomore EP project “Standing Still”.

The ethereal piano notes, the on-point low and high-pitched vocals and echoes, the reverie of guitar riffs, and the cosmic, pulsing percussions enhancing the impact of every other element – each and every one of the fragments making up the art piece titled ‘Standing Still’ has its own significance and altogether sounds like a beautiful cinematic visual.

The title track “Standing Still” is my personal favorite from this project. It is an uplifting, cheerful track that inspires you to enjoy your life and move forward, even though it may feel like stepping out of your comfort zone. Giving this EP a try will surely not be regretful!
