The album opens with the track “January” The soft soothing Ukelele playing alongside Madison’s dreamy voice will make you let go of all your worries and just shake your head to her blissful melodies . Followed by “Sweet tea” which Madison pours straight into your soul, with her poetic lyrics and soft acoustics. Beautiful use of literary devices in the track “The Ocean Spoke to the shore” is unlike anything I have ever heard before, so simple, so subtle yet cathartic nonetheless.
My favourite track has to be “Carolina” there’s something about it’s poetic lyrics and upbeat music that hits it home for me. “December” marks the end of this beautiful album, where she asks December to take it slow and not go so soon.
