With multicultural backgrounds, the multi-instrumentalist members of the band each add a different and essential spice to the completely baked outcomes of rock melodies assorted with pop, funk and country beats. Led by Tyler, The Chase is Dion on drums, who was born & raised in Notts with Scottish & Caribbean heritage alongside his brother Tyler, and cousin Luke on the bass and James, the keyboard warrior. With the medley of these cultures, the result is melodies that are both uniquely British & incomparably infectious.

‘Bonzo Bonanza’ is the second EP released by The Chase recently, after their debut EP ‘Not The F*cking Game Show’, influenced by numerous artists and bands, from The Beatles to Damian Marley, The Chase makes their music with utmost dedication and mischief. The actualities of life in the early 20s is the main focus of the lyrics of the tracks, and the illusions and delusions and reside in your mind deep inside that you know are just concepts and nothing more. ‘Bonzo Bonanza’ is an upbeat, lively, cheerful set of tracks that make you lose control and vibe and sing along until you’ve lost all your energy.
The tracks are an immersive combination of witty lyricism, entrancing strings, bouncy beats and pirouetting vocals, with a sensational pop flavor mixed in the dough of rock melodies.
